All i wanted was a upgrade
 

You would think through NTL a upgrade should be simple but no it's almost impossible.
All i wanted was the 10meg bb but after confirming not once but twice that the samsung stb would be fine i then find that it's not.
So instead of sorting a modem well in advance of the upgraded speeds i wait untill 10meg day.
Then on the 5th Dec through NTL website i find samsung stb is useless above 5mb.
So a cable modem is sorted and fitted told in about a hour or so everything should be ready to go but no nothing is ready.
Have had to set up a new bb account 3 times in 24hrs as internet is not through set top box anymore.
Have been told by bb helpline please wait another 48hrs to get it sorted as the matter has been reported.Why should i was promised everthing would be ok through set top box.
By the way the old excuse systems are not working at the moment was used aswell.

fyi the system i think referred to has been buggered, but was fixed last night, however i think there is a backlog to be caught up on
