BroadJump DSL Client Foundation program

Can anyone tell me if I need this program, I recently changed from stb to modem use and used the instalation disk provided by ntl.

AFAIK, you don't need the program. You might need the disc for the drivers, if you are attaching to the modem via USB. If you connect to the modem via Ethernet (which, TBH, is far more reliable), you won't need the disc.
