Thanks for finding that, rather interesting if you're into that sort of thing...

Although the "board" positions, ie those people who report to the CEO (what used to be called MD in my day) are ntl dominated, ie CEO, CFO, COO etc. Those who report to the COO (Director of Operations) are much more even handed at the moment and I think will, when all apointments made, be Telewest dominated...

Interesting that at both board level and operations level, the people that will deal with the Business part of the merged co are both Telewest.

The current "Telewest" boss of Flextech will keep her role in the new co.

Person for customer service and sales in merged co will be from ntl:( . The former ntlhome boss is leaving..:D

There are still three roles to fill in the merged co, Marketing Director, Strategy boss and logistics boss. It will be intersting to see who gets these roles. The current ntl strategy boss is leaving, as is the current ntl consumer products boss who will do the Marketing role in the merged co for a limited time until the role is filled "proper." Who wants to bet that Telewest people might get these roles..?

And finally, the person in charge of consumer products in the merged co (this is what tv packages, prices we get etc) is from Telewest...:tu:
