BB Service in CF24
 

Hey guys,

Is there anyone who is still working with ntl in BB Support that can help me out? I just cannot get through on the phone and have been without BB since Monday night.

On Monday, the box at the end of my street was set on fire by some little a**holes so we had ntl engineers out there rebuilding the entire box until gone midnight.
Since then, the telephone service has come back, but BB is not working.
They must have finished working on it since nobody has visited it since Monday night for definite.
Perhaps the engineer has not connected something up for me quite right?

I've tried waiting in the queue for BB Support but it really is seemingly impossible, waited 45mins yesterday and an hour so far today..and nothing but queues.

Any help guys for a former associate? ;) A quick CB perhaps? :)

CS actually pulled through for me for once :)

Called them, advised was having problems getting through and she put me through directly to a TS advisor :D Woohoo! :)

Engineer here tomorrow too!
Low signal level :(
