Had total loss of all services when i got home from work. (maybe due to power cuts this morning)

Phoned CS and they estimated a return of services by 9pm. In fact they all returned before 8pm, With the phone returning about 7:30ish.

They set my expectations and delivered :)

Glad you got your service back quickly.... now if you can just stabilise ours that would be great :p:

Was a local fault apparently, PE2 and sshhhh PE3 ;)

Don't worry... the residents of PE3 probably haven't heard of computers yet :p: Apart from one address whose main PC using occupant is at work lol

Perhaps i was too hasty in my praise

No services at all AGAIN in the PE2 area and its not on the service status site. Whats the point in having a service status site if your not going to update it.
