Complaints Number?
 

Guys, can anyone help quickly, looking for a number for NTL complaints but cant find one and since there is a 10 minute wait for customer services right now = :(

NTL customer services beat you to it.

And as a good will gesture Kevin at the Swansea Tactical Team (!) has sorted out my concerns and given me a little something extra for the inconvenience.

Glad you got sorted :)

As for a "complaints" number, I wouldn't have one if I was NTL. Not exactly a good thing to say you need. ;)

Don't forget that the Cable Forum team can escalate complaints to ntl - but you will need to have at least tried to contact them by the normal means. Asking us to step in just because you don't want to wait on hold for 15 minutes isn't going to work....! :D

Reason i wanted to complain was I was left waiting over a week for a call back from a query that took 3 seperate phone calls and noone had the decency to call me :(

Anyway nice CS guy sorted my query and gave me a nice 3 months half price BB for NTL not having any decency to call me back.
