Wireless/Wired Network Software
 

Are there any SW about that monitors incoming and outgoing traffic from all computers accessing the net through a router?. The connection can sometimes slow down dramatically, being able to find which application and which computer is causing this traffic would be useful.

depending on what kind of router you have and what firmware you are using, PRTG is good :)
