This weekends ntl survey

I have received a survey over the weekend from ntl following up on some feedback that I had placed through the responsetek tool on this site.

Has anyone else received it? If so what are your thoughts?

Personally, I think that it is good to see that ntl is following up on issues raised by customers but ntl still need to work on the quality of the responses they provide.

:welcome: to the forums by the way.
It definately is good that NTL are seeeking out customer views.
I feel that they have radically improved this year.

Yep, i rec this at the weekend, and as much as yes, its good that they are asking for feedback, but 6 weeks after the time.....think it should have been a bit earlier than that....and was commented on:erm:

I got one but I dont know if tech support sent it or it was from a responsetek since it was timed with when I rang tech support.

I agree it is a good thing.

But only if they actually react to the replies.... I got one and told them the person dealing with my enquiry appeared to have lost interest in resolving the matter...

It is a good thing they are asking customers. It's also a good thing the have the responstek system.

However, we shouldn't need the responstek system as they should provide a decent service over the phone, after all they are a telco! If they provided a decent service over the phone we wouldn't need the rsponstek system.
