My broadband here in Newark collapsed at 7.15am, according to my NetLimiter estimates.

Thankfully it seems to have been fixed - rebooted at 1.30pm, up and running once again.

im in mansfield woodhouse and have been having problems for afew days, mainly high packetloss.

Im on the 3mb commection, and ive just been testing the line and im getting a DL speed of about 355k, i dont even think my modem is capable of the 10mb service either. (its the silver, ot the top is and says "ntl:home" on it)

If you look underneath it you will see what model it is, mines the ntl:home 100. Since ntl upgraded the firmware it is capable of 10mb but it keeps rebooting every now and then, got an engineer coming out Tuesday to sort it
