When is Sky 3 coming to NTL?

It's been airing for a few weeks on Freeview, so how come its not on NTL yet? And when will it be?

I dont belive sky has isssued a license for sky three yet, but anyways sky one, and two really show the same stuff but the only difference is its free.
but if you are desperate for it, if you have a minidish and box you can hook that up and recive it free.
