Sound gone in the Portsmouth area
Is anyone else having problems?
No it's not my TV as the analogue tv sound is working but all I'm getting from NTL digital is a great picture but garbled and scratchy sounds. Is this just me or is it happening across my area? |

:bsmack::mad: I now have no sound until Wednesday afternoon when hopefully an engineer will be arriving. Ah well I'll just have to appreciate analogue tv for a while.Rats! I shall have to try and catch up with Dead Zone and Stargate some other time in the week.:( |
Re: Sound gone in the Portsmouth area
I've got a headache watching the analogue as BBC1 is soooo bad..I guess I'm just going to listen to the radio instead.:erm:

Re: Sound gone in the Portsmouth area
Well my husband was home when the engineer called.I of course have no idea what he's talking about when he says the analogue sound had gone on the STB but that the engineer had come up with a work around involving another set of scart leads...
What the heck analogue has to do with digital tv beats me...:erm: |
Re: Sound gone in the Portsmouth area
why didnt they replace the analogue STB if its duff? I assume they no longer have any?
use another set of scart leads? to do what? |
