10Mb fob off??
 

so why is this? I read on this site that a couple of people in my area now have >5Mb, yet i don't. 'ok...' i thought, 'i'll give NTL a call and ask..'. so i did. I was told by a polite Scottish woman that only selected people were getting 10Mb (as well as new users) as part of a pilot. Fair enough, I thought, and left it there.

In the last 20 minutes, I have been speaking with a friend of mine who lives in the same town as myself. He is also on 3Mb, yet when he calls NTL (within the last 20 minutes) and asks them the same thing, they upgrade him straight away, no questions asked!?!?!?

So, I call NTL again and explain the whole situation, but once more, they tell me it is pilot and that 10Mb is not available in my area!! He's shown me the screen shots of him using 10Mb!!!

Not in my area??? Pilot??? What's going on????
