subscriptions for presents

Not all the internet is for free, some sites you have to pay for!

If you had £50 for a present and you could only spend it on an internet
subscription, what you would spend it on?

I don't know any sites you have to pay for unless you count things like magazine subscriptions / lottery subscriptions etc that you can do over the net, but aren't unique to the internet.

I was thinking of sites like WhichOnline, Guardian, or content providers like Napster for streaming, MSN premium et al

Wouldn't mind Which if I could just buy the report I wanted rather than the whole nine yards.

Reminds me I need to cancel Which? online. I subscribed about a year ago when I was buying loads of white goods. Probably lost the saving in the subscription now!

I had a spare AV/Firewall licence left as it was cheaper to buy a 5 pack to cover the PCs I own that are connected to the net, so thats on my parents PC now.

So do I
Like the Guardian, the historic content and many of the same day articles are subscription - It is not just a financial paper, it is actually a quality broadsheet for other news too (though a bit light on sports if that is what you are after)
