Web space problems

I am unable to connect to my webspace so was looking for a phone number or e-mail to contact for help. I have been all around the NTLworld page but seem to be going round in circles and getting nowhere. I thought that this site at one time had a list of useful numbers but cant find that either. So can anyone help with either a phone number that can handle problems for N. Ireland customers or explain why I can nolonger connect to my webspace with a username and password that hasn't changed since I joined NTL way back in the free dialup days. I havn't accessed the webspace for a few years but it used to be easy to do. Now I get a 530 login failure which I think means wrong password so I possibly need to get it reset

All I could find was this, it asks you to enter your post code first though:

Thanks Atlantis but been there and ended up back where I started. Maybe I am just getting old and missed something but it does seem particularly difficult to find contact details for problem solving. Trouble is I have never had a problem that required contacting them so would not have had cause to make a note of helpdesk numbers. So has anyone got a number or an answer to my problem

Hi Terry,
Just rang NTL for you and got this number for you:

You are a legend Atlantis, many thanks. Why didn't I think to just ring the 152 number and ask them. Must be one of those senior moments. Thanks again

Re: Web space problems

No worries Terry, I kept pushing the guy to confirm it would work for Belfast NTL customers, and he insisted "Yes", said they'd ask for your telephone number, and route the call directly to a tech rep.

The number I rang was the main NTL freephone one: 0800-052-2000, in case you may need it sometime.

Hope all goes well:tu:
