Wall Bush or Grommet cable entry

Hi, can anyone tell me where I can locate a trade supply of the plastice / PVC wall grommets / wall bushes that are used by NTL to run cable entry in through a wall.

They are 3cm diameter disc shaped from the front with a hole in the centre, they look "T" shaped from the side , a bit like a flattened mushroom with a hole through the center would be a good description if them.

You drill a hole in the wall , stick the hollow rawlplug shaped part of the wall bush into the hole which has a 7 mm diameter center for the cable to run through.

I'm looking for boxes of 1000 or more, black or brown or white.

Thanks.
