codes for tv punch through

I've lost my book and need to find the codes for my tv for the punch through facility to control the volume etc on my tv from my ntl remote. It worked on my old tv but we just got a new one and I can't find the codes anywhere.

My new tv is a Panasonic

It turned out to be one of the last codes so I was getting worried for a second but it's all good now.
