Adding channels
Hi
I just got in from work and I called NTL to add the movies channels to my subscription, but I get we are closed?????? I know with sky you can upgrade your package 24 hours a day, is this not the same for NTL? |

Ntl despite providing a 24/7 service, don't have 24/7 offices.

how do you provide a 24hour service with nobody there to answer you????

Sorry, same thing happened to me. You'll have to wait 'till monday, and get them to do it while you're on the 'phone.
They tried twice with me, first time, nothing, second time, told to power off STB, then as it powered up, there were the sky movie channels. |

Yeah 0800 052 2000 (opt 2) is 8-8 mon - fri & 9-5 sat, sometimes theres volunteer overtime on sunday but dont expect it.
Always pull the power out of the box after the advisor says its done, the boxes have a tendancy to only look for new channels on startup. |
