Driver for USB to Ethernet adaptor?

I've lost my ntl installation disc which has the drivers for the USB to ethernet adaptor. Does anybody know where I can get them from? I've had a good look on the web and can't find any.

They are on the ntl site somewhere, i just cant remember where.
