Help Multiple problems
I have had ntl cable since April last year.In may this year it was disconnected by ntl.It appears that they had not been taking there direct debits.After numerous phone calls I was finally given the name of a superviser who arranged that I was reconnected & that I would not be charged anything for the months that they had not taken payment.She admitted it was there fault & I requested bills to be sent to me.These never arrived & she stopped replying to my emails,even though I had requested details of a manager
Then in September again after numerous phone calls ,I was given the email address of yet another superviser,he said that all past charges were written off & he had set up a new account for me.Many emails later,he said the account needed activating & I followed his instuctions.However according to him the account is not activated. & he said I should phone there customer services/technical support.I once again asked for direct details of a manager & have heard nothing more. I am hardly going back to square 1 & being left on hold forever & then talking to someone who knows nothing about the problems I have had with ntl. Could someone please help/offer advice |

Sorry to note you have had problems. While Cable Forum is independent of ntl, the team has developed links wiht senior ntl people that can be used to troubleshoot. Please PM some details (we will hold them only for as long as is needed to solve your issue), click on my name on the left margin and select from the pull down. We need: Your full name (as known to ntl) Full address including postcode Phone and email contacts (daytime ideal) Any account numbers you have been given Full details of any conversations or other information you have. We'll pass this all on to ntl and see what they come up with :) |

I would like to thank RobC for his help.The following day after contacting this forum.I was contacted by a NTL manager who has been helpful & resolved most of the problems & is dealing with the outstanding matters.
I wish I had found this forum months ago.:) |

Hi ,
Hope someone can help,because I have no idea what to do next.Back in October ,I was assisted by this forum ,in resolving most of my issues with Ntl.After contacting this forum a manager got in touch & resolved most of the problems.In November I was handed over to another manager & nothing has really happened since.Apart from the situation detioriating furthur I have not had a reply from this manager for over a month & am now being asked for backdated phone rental & my broadband has been downgraded.,albeit at a lower cost. Hope someone can help finally resolve this this matter Dell |
