:welcome: to Cable Forum :D

I've deleted your email address. It's a good way to get spam.

If anyone knows where to find the driver, they will post links below.

nope he's asking the right thing I thinks thats the usb driver for the ntl 100.

Now is a good chance to ditch the usb and use the ethernet, once you have done this you will not go back.

How do you install this driver?

Extract the zip file, plug the modem in, when you're asked for the driver point it at the folder you extracted the files into - I would imagine that's what's needed.

Seems to be the same file, I can't get a 'device not recognised' thing up when plugging in USB to allow me to show it the driver. Is there a way to detect the foreign USB manually?

You don't need to get a 'device not recognised thing up'.

Right-Click on My Computer, Properties, Hardware, Device Manager.

Find the device, right-click, update driver, go through the wizard.

Better still, switch to Ethernet and forget the drivers :D

Virginmedia do not support connections via USB and you are recommended to use a Ethernet Cat5E cable to connect your modem to your PC and no drivers are needed, you can purchase a cable from ASDA for £2.99.
