Direct Debit

Guys and gals,

Do any of you know that work for NTL if they are "lenient" in changing DD days for some of the services, as for me they come at the lets put it 5 days before I get paid.

now the question is does NTL let you do a Standing Order instead of paying via DD????

Cheers.

Re: Direct Debit

They should be helpful on changing your DD date (it may take a few attempts as ntl billing is not the best) as for SO I do not know if they do them but I know that if you do not pay buy DD you get charged £1 for the "admin"

Re: Direct Debit

all dependant on the type of account you hold, internet only ie dial up and sacm freedom etc you cannot change the dd draw date/legacy accounts ie the older ones which now have new account numbers you can ask for a change but it will only make a few dates available, dont ask me why though? as for standing orders we dont offer that facility as far as im aware!
