Responstek and cancellation feedback

I want to give some responstek feedback on the problems I am having trying to cancel my second phone line. For obvious reasons, there isn't a section on feedback for cancellations? Does any one know who/how to give feedback on NTL's cancellations service, or rather lack of it?

Right, Rob C just had a look around, and thinks it best if you put it under Customer Services, Speed of resolution and include a full description of the problem in the Comments field..
