Here's my thoughts:

Games Machine ( :dunce: obvious)
DVD Player
CD Writer (or even DVD writer :drool: )
picture slideshow ( :nono: not those sort - holiday snaps of course)
Hard disk Video Recorder
Download Music & Video (Movie trailers?)
Limited Web-browsing.
What about voice AND VIDEO chatting ( :nono: stop thinking like that! you'll get a ban!)

I guess they can't build too much in, or you would negate the need for a PC, and MS$ wouldn't want that would they!
