FireWall Goes Ape and i loose connection

as soon as i hit the news group's to have a read etc my firewall gets zapped by ntl from all different servers all over WHY
is it something ive said LoL:shrug: :shrug: :shrug:
or is it their way of saying you can use the news groups but we will keep disconecting you :mad:
