My NTL Service seems more faster

I`ve been having quite a few problems past couple of weeks connecting to certain websites etc but today my connection is running real smooth, even my downloads are nice and stable maxing out at 360kbs most of the time.

I`ve been wondering if NTL have been doing *Background* upgrades, seems quite possible now
