Family Pack Pricing?
 

Hello,

I'm hopeing someone can shed some light on the pricing of the ntl's family pack price.

I'm paying 32 pounds a month but on their website it says 19.50

Is this correct or am I over paying (maybe I just missed something).

I believe the price is 19.50 + the phone line rental (phone line rental is compulsory with tv)

i pay 32.99 a month with the family pack and talk unlimited phone package :)

Thanks for the quick reply guys. Another question if I may trouble you. I pay 14.50 for the unlimited talk but that is sperate from my tv bill which is 32.00

I've been on ntl for about 5 years now and I was first paying 30 pounds for (lets say) 4 years and for the last year I've been paying 32 pounds. What channels should I be getting for the 32 pounds that I'm paying? And I should be able to claim back the over payments I've been making right?

At the moment, they've got me on the 3 in 1 pack, for £30 a month, plus £2 a month talk plan for the 'phone, and I'm on the family pack, not base pack, guess someone from NTL slipped up, but I'm not complaning.
If still in doubt, give customer services a call, see what they say, good luck.

Ok I have just looked on the web site and I think what you are paying is
Family pack £19.50
Telephone £10.50
Non DD payment £2.00
Which comes to £32.00
The extra £14.50 for your talk unlimited 24 is on top of your phone line rental

Hi Shelly and welcome to the site.

As far as I am aware the phone line is included within the £19.50 plus call charges. There is a separate charge for the internet connection, 1Mb being £9.99. There was also a 3 for £30 deal which if you don't pay by DD could be what the extra £2 is for.
