I can't get into my webspace!

For a while now I have been able to connect to my webspace through the Remote Web Site function of Frontpage 2003 via FTP. However, now when I type my password in, it says:

Unable to open 'ftp://homepage.ntlworld.com'.
Possible Causes:
1. The FTP server may be temporarily out of service.
2. If you are connecting through a proxy server, the proxy settings may be incorrect.
3. An error may have occurred in the FTP server.

I'm not connecting through a proxy, my internet connection is fine and there doesn't seem to be anything about it on ntl:'s 'Service Status' page. I haven't installed ntl:'s own FTP manager thing. Please help!

Make sure that the username & password are the same as the one you were given when you joined NTL

The password and username are the same ones I've used before. They always worked before. Thanks for the welcome, though I'm sure I registered here at least twice before.

if I want to access my NTL webspace, I use upload.ntlworld.com then user name & password?

Ah, upload.ntlworld.com. I'd been using homepage.ntlworld.com without problems, but I tried the upload one and now it works just fine. Thanks for your help!
