connection probs please help
:Yikes: Firstly all im a complete novice with brordband so please keep it simple..not 2 many thingys n wotyamacallits..ta.......problem i surf 4 a shortwhile i then get page cannot b displayed i hit refresh then page appears....when downloading a file from a site say 10mb after 3-4 mbdownload freezes then carrys on after 3 or 4 mins...if bbmedic kicks in it crashes(windows tells me problem with smartbridge thingy) please help any one tried ntl support online with no joy...its as if the flow chokes and then clears if that makes sense...heeeeeeeeelp
