Incoming mail blocked by NTL

Why is original mail sent from three users of wanadoo.fr being rejected by the ntlworld SMTP server with Error 452. I am new to this site.

wanadoo.france are blocking all emails trying to be sent to the ntl server.Its a known issue with wanadoo, basically the balls in their court.
