e-mail problems
Not the usual ones for ntl but a problem with settings (I think).
My wifes new laptop is connected to the internet via a pc card to the router. She can receive e-mails but when she tries to send them, she gets an error message: 'An unknown error has occurred. Subject '', Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Invalid recipient: <nathalie>', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69' I have checked her pop and smpt settings against those on my 'puter and they are the same. (she has a different addy to mine) What am I doing wrong? Any ideas? |

Similar to ntl mail, can be integrated into Outlook like ntl mail, spam-free unlike ntl mail, and it works all of the time unlike ntl mail. :D:D:D |
