Keeping informed with NTL

I was reading on another forum about a guy who says he gets letters off NTL informing him of updates in software and of VOD and speed increases etc. Is it just me that gets bills and nothing else whatsoever?

Whenever I do get something like that, it's usually in the form of a leaflet in the same envelope as the bill.
