Linux and Netgear Wireless

Hi all,

I had a go at installing Linux on my notebook HP Pavilion ZA4410EA (suse 9.1 and then Mandrake 10).

All installed fine, but on reboot with my Netgear MA401 PCMCIA wireless card plugged in the machine hung. With the card removed all booted fine, but as soon as I plugged it in it hung again. I installed wlan-ng on the machine as suggested by somebody (using google search) didn't seem to make much difference.. I tried various other things but to no avail, so have gone back to Windows :-( Has anyone managed to get this configuration to work on a specific Distro or have any ideas on how to fix this.

Many thanks
