Annoying wireless problem

This problem occurs when downloading files

When downloading a large file, or several, my ICQ/AIM/MSN And yahoo cut off, then reconnect
They don't do it when i'm just surfing, only when downloading
I also get cut off from any internet based game

I never get the disconnected icon on the bottom right, as the files continue to download, but I still get cut off of the other programs

Any ideas what might cause this?
Again, i'm on a wireless connection.

Re: Annoying wireless problem

Sounds to me like it is being overloaded by the demand for a continuous use of bandwith ( hence why it is okay with normal stuff )

Could it possibly be a blocked port? or a firewall permission?

Nah i doubt it's bandwith
It does it intermittently when i'm just browsing
I'm not sure what it is
