STB keeps resetting to channel 7

Ahhhh!!!

Started happening about 5 minutes ago.

Just watching ITV2 atm and then it keeps resetting to channel7 (front row channel). It then doesnt let me change channel for about a minute.

Its done it 3 times so far and as I type this it seems to be OK ... for npw.
