STB TV Email - Help?

I would like to know how to configure my STB to send and receive email using my current ntlworld email account.

It has come already set up for someone called bruce.watkins. This address works when sending and receiving email but would like to know how to reconfigure to have my address.

Can anyone advise?

If ntl provided the set top box it should not have had an email address set up :erm:

You will need to get in contact with customer service on 0800 052 2000 so they can fix this for you :)
