Sounds about right for this outfit AKA Virgin Media to chase a 91 year old woman for money for services at her burned down home.

A few years ago (during a contract renewal I think) I asked if the wife could become joint account holder in case I suddenly dropped dead.

Lots of 'umm . . err' and passed from pillar to post, never got a proper answer, just lots of legalised crap, and excuses about terms and conditions.
