Strang things happening with email
 

My wife as a Blueyonder email address today when she sends a email to herthunderbird or webmail or from her phone with gmail No emails are received on thunderbird . but if if I send a message to her laptop from my phone they instantly appear thunderbird.

it was working yesterday!

Any ideas?

Tell her to log into the Virgin Media Webmail using her full Blueyonder email address and send a test email to her Blueyonder address. Come back here to tell us whether the email arrives in Thunderbird/Webmail or an error is notified or the message is never sent and silently sits in the Drafts folder on Webmail.
