Sky Q box not working after engine replaces
 

hi my Sky Q box has been replaced 4 times channels and recordings freeze up and flicker on u & drama u & gold comedy central sky sports channels and sky cinema. What could this be?

tvery channel I click on now saying. “This programme is no longer available.
The engineer ia coming out tomorrow should I get sky stream?

What is astonishing is that you’ve apparently gone through five Sky Q boxes which hasn’t fixed the problem but nobody stopped to think ‘it can’t be faulty boxes, must be a signal quality issue’?

Did engineer check dish, cabling and LNB?

no now my sky Q box no longer turns on but the 2 sky Q mini boxes work fine engineer coming out on Tuesday

The Q box must be working in some capacity, otherwise the Minis would not work either.
