Getting a new V6 Remote
 

The OK button on our V6 Box’s Remote Control is broken.

What is the easiest way to get a replacement one currently?

And don’t say Upgrade to TV360, I know about that option, I’m specifically asking about getting another VM Tivo Remote.


Using the TV Control app in the meantime, but don’t really want to use it long term.

Watch out that they don't try and charge you like they tried with me. Reasonable fair wear & tear should be replaced at no cost.
