Flashing lights on Hub
 

Hi everyone,
I'm brand new here and also to forums in general so apologies in advance if I'm posting this in the wrong place.
I've got green flashing wifi and internet lights on my hub and a solid green phone light. Don't know if this is connected but the light on my v6 box is an orangey colour.
I haven't turned off/on because a quick google told me that the lights might indicate an update and I shouldn't turn it off but the lights have been flashing constantly for 2 days.
Any help or advice will be gratefully received.

Yes, I had found that page but my combination of lights are not listed on there.
I will try the factory reset, thanks.
