Netflix setting up

A neighbour who has less technical skill than I do :shocked:called today he wants to add netflix ( which part of his package with virgin) it seems ( I haven't looked )!that netflix asking that he sets up an account with them , so can someone tell me how it all.works. thanks

Nope or he did doesn't anymore. Got him to phone , surprisingly they sorted it. Sent him a new one and talked him through the whole process . Guess there's some agents that know what to do..
