Gotta laugh at how the MNOs all do worse than the MVNOs of which some are "supported aka owned by) an MNO

There is a readable version now, so it doesnt really matter.

That said, I still dont exactly know what the scores refer to.

Yes OK but it would help if you could provide a link to this 'Which survey’.

Because as posted, it’s meaningless, Talkmobile scored 83%, 83% of what, customers who said that they would have Talkmobile’s babies if asked...?

Ok I’m being pedantic, I assume this is some kind of customer satisfaction survey where a higher figure is better. But without the background and context and what is actually being measured, it’s fairly meaningless.

Re: What a surprise

From skys web site. I Use Tesco mobile , which seeing this is somewhat strange as it uses O2
"Smaller providers are consistently outshining the industry's largest mobile firms by offering better customer service and far cheaper deals," Natalie Hitchins, Which? head of home products and services, said.

"Many top-rated challengers avoid mid-contract price hikes, offering households struggling with the cost of living much-needed certainty."

Talkmobile topped the rankings with a customer score of 83% followed by Tesco Mobile on 81%, with both impressing customers with their network reliability, customer service and value for money.

Other top-rated networks included Giffgaff and Smarty, which both received a score of 79%, driven by their flexibility and affordable Sim-only deals.

An O2 spokesperson said: "We're investing over £700m into our network again this year through our Mobile Transformation Plan, with O2 recently named the most improved network in Europe in independent testing.

"We're continuously improving customer service while rewarding our customers with free EU roaming and exclusive rewards, experiences and prizes through Priority, ensuring every O2 customer receives fantastic value for money."
