Do Virgin know what they are doing price wise?

few days ago I received a txt advising that my current contract will end soon and it gave me a link to my package prices for that package were
£74.60
Price from April 2027 £78.60
Price from April 2028 £137.96

By email today I received notice that my April bill will be £157.40 !!!
Where did this figure come from?

I spoke to a gentleman with an Asian accent who couldn't explain the difference but did offer a similar package but dearer that the stated April 2027 price. I've gone with it but I will make a note to look for an alternate before April next year.
I had hoped to get BB from BRSK but my landlord will not allow then access so that's a no go

That sounds like an out of contract price. The other prices are if you sign up to them for another 2 years. You are free to cancel for 14 days i think, if you're not happy to what youve agreed to over the phone.
