Closing my ntlworld email account - how do I do this?
 

I am having trouble accessing this email account which we rarely use and more and would like it to be closed and all email on the server deleted. How do I achieve this?

if you are no longer a virgin customer chances are it has closed anyway

I cannot log into webmail anymore (since they changed the login process) but its still working via POP3 in my email client.

might give that a go not that I expect anything important. The new log is broken then I guess so mine is likely not dead afterall

Mine was still working via my email client until yesterday. I want to shut it down now but don’t know how to.

Just put an auto responder on it, and/or auto forwarding on it (to whatever email you use).
Then just forget about it, no real need to spend lots of time trying to get VM to shut it down.

I stopped actually using mine years ago, even though it still exists, it just auto forwards to my current email.
