Android Notification Light

Which are the latest smartphones with a led notification light? I'm aware that always on display replaced it but I miss it. I'm aware of aodNotify.

I'm after something that gets regular updates like Google or a third party ROM that can be easily flashed onto the device.

Not sure of any that still use an led for notifications. Samsung has a glowing edge round the screen now that you can customise to different colours and effects.

Have seen on Facebook that there is a way of Bringing up which app is calling ie it's logo onfront screen . Blowed If I can find it now
