Time doesn't exist in reality, it's a social construct used to help us organise our lives. Those who have passed onto a different realm talk of no time and everything happening at once, which I can't get my head round (probably because l, like everyone else, i've been led to believe that everything has a start, a middle and an end- even the time we will spend in this physical world).

In theory we can time travel forwards (and possibly backwards using worm holes), so it wouldn't surprise me if it was worked out how to do it in the future.

I used to say that they either didn't subsequently figure it out of it was decided not to do it for obvious reasons because we don't see or hear about people visiting our timeline from a different time period.

However, maybe some instances where people claim to have seen aliens or spirits could be such people??

It could also simply be that those who do time travel are told not to disclose themselves so that problems don't arise as a result of this new found (to us) capability.

Ya thats what I think also but that Guy John Titor didnt keep it to himself,he is supposedly from 2037.... It would be neat asking him what things were like after 2025!!
