Virgin Media not routinely awarding compensation for outages.
 
The first feature on this programme is about Virgin Media routinely not paying compensation for loss of broadband as they should do.

If you have a loss of broadband, you are advised to ask for compensation and, if they refuse, to take it further to their ombudsman:
