I start off with categories (players,sports teams,etc.) or a certain element,then the next poster after me picks which one they like better or prefer. Then that person presents new this or that categories. Try to keep it creative & even realistic so it makes things fun. Like for example:

Kobes 81 points in a game vs. Wilt's 100
Lebron to the cavs vs. Kobe to the Lakers (MVP wise)
OR
AFC Bournemouth or The Detroit Red Wings
