An NHS trust has been fined £1.6m for "avoidable failings" connected to the deaths of three babies in 2021.

Don't understand how this really helps . Who's pocket will be lined with this:erm:

Ya your right it doesnt really. But hopefully it will make others be more careful so they dont get fined also...
