Unless you have 365 you'll be stuck with classic. You can of course use new but it'll have ads.

My office 2021 suite has classic running no issues. I don't understand why you're having issues, please elaborate?

For clarification, are you running Outlook Classic on a PC of laptop, and if so, here is the free download.
